    Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to YourNeotech five (5) days after the date sent.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. 

       

    When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. 

    Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.




  • Sales Tax
  • YourNeotech charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy
  • Conditions of Sales and Use policy

    -     All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge

    -     No merchandise may be returned after 30 days

    -     Damaged Merchandise and Short shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt otherwise the customer accepts the invoice as true and accurate

    Commercial Warranty

    -      To the extent permissible  YourCare Medical will make available to its customers the manufacturer's warranties. The sole and exclusive liability of YourCare Medical shall be refund of the purchase price or replacement of a product. In no event shall  YourCare Medical be liable for incidental or consequential damages. YOURCARE MEDICAL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

    -      Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

    Order Cancellation Policy

    -      Please submit any cancellation via email to info@yourcareonline.com, or call Customer Service at 714-441-5888

    -      Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

    -      Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order has shipped, we will gladly refund the purchase amount - less return shipping and a 25% restocking charge. 

    Refund/Exchange Policy

    -      We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please call customer service at 714-441-5888 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.

    -      Return merchandise with RMA number to:

    -      Refunds sent without an RMA number will be returned to sender.
